Laura and Dan faced obstacle after obstacle along the way on their journey down the aisle, from cancellations to one of the coldest, snowiest storms we’ve had that early in the season. They weathered the storm (literally) with grace every step of the way. I think their ability to roll with the punches and adapt says a lot about them as a couple. I know that they’re in this for the long haul and have a bright future ahead of them!
I’ve always wanted to photograph a winter wedding, though I never imagined that it would be in October. I love the fact that we had the best of both worlds with fall leaves and snow. Laura, Dan and their bridal party were all rock stars for standing out in the freezing temps so that we could get these shots.
